Tariffs are subject to change without notice. However, when a booking has been confirmed by receipt of a deposit, the tariff quoted will be honoured. Cancellation policy

No refund of deposit will be made unless and until the accommodation is relet for the full period of the cancelled booking. Where a room is resold, the deposit will be refunded less an Administration Fee of $45.00. Early Departure: There can be no refund of tariff in full or in part for early departure, no matter what the reason.
