| Full payment is required and seaplane transfers must be paid for at time of booking. The Resort will confirm scenic transfer times upon receipt of the booking. |
| Cancellation policy |

| All prices are in $AUD and based on double/twin share unless otherwise indicated. Cancellation of all online bookings incur a cancellation fee of 20%. In addition, if the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date, an amount equal to one (1) day's stay + flights is not refundable. No refund is available for cancellation or non-utilisation of any services cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival date. |
